We here at Taurus Powertronics give calibration services to our customers at best feasible rates and also provide Annual maintenance of Instruments. Our Service Engineers follow up for the calibration on regular basis or customers can contact directly once the warranty period has been completed and instrument is due for calibration.

How the process is carried out:

The equipment will be collected along with all the accessories and bought to our factory. A general check-up will be made along with accessories. The instruments are calibrated at our lab using specialized equipments. Once calibrated equipments are checked on simulator basis and later at field trials. All the readings are checked by our Technical Engineer and the calibration reports are approved. The certified equipments will be dispatched along with calibration sticker and warranty.

What if emergency service arises?

Our Service Engineers are available for online video support. The issue can be analysed if not resolved our engineer will visit the to resolve the issue. If any further technical analyses and repair arises, the instrument will be collected and repaired at our factory. We will also supply accessories if damaged at reasonable prices.
