With full maintenance and repair coverage, compliance services, and the predictive support of Taurus Remote Service Adviser, the Advantage Gold plan is the ideal coverage to protect the throughput and productivity.

If you are a current Gold member your unit will go to the front line for whichever service you need. Gold members can simply call our Technical assistance group at +91 80 23012301 or (use your non-published Taurus Remote Service Adviser's number provided to you at time of registration – for faster response)

2. Taurus Repair Service Plan

(Keeping Instrument Repair Costs Low)

The Taurus Repair Service plan gives you an affordable option to extend warranty - level repair coverage over the life of your instrument. With Taurus Repair Service Plan, you’ll have access to customer support centers and receive on-site assistance from a trained service professionals – so you can be rest assured that the basic expenses associated with instrument support and repair are covered.

3. Non-warranty Repair

This service is available on-demand; customer may return a product for repair that is not covered by warranty. A standard repair fee, specific to the products are charged for any product that is repaired outside of the warranty period. Repairs performed on products out of warranty also carry a 90-day warranty, which begins the day the repaired item is shipped back to the customer.

Our repair services provide cost-effective off-site repairs for Taurus Powertronics' products in Service Centers.You can count on our skilled technicians to accurately diagnose and repair your instrument in order to return it to you without delay.

 

Services Request

Taurus Powertronics recognizes the importance of continued support services for all the products supplied. Our customers can place service request by filling in Online Service request form.

Product Return Authorization

The customer must obtain a Product Return Authorization (PRA) number from Taurus Powertronics Pvt Limited before returning any products for repair. A PRA number must be issued to know whether the repair is covered by warranty or not.
